Full Proposal applications are due by 21:00 GMT on 20 December 2024. 

Please note that following the proposal review and selection process, the winning team may undergo a negotiation period to finalize the proposed work to resolve any outstanding concerns raised by the review committee. The winning team and Ocean Visions will come to an agreement about routine progress updates and reporting requirements during this negotiation period.
